The sectors recruiting foreign nationals hardest are business process outsourcing and multilingual customer support, technology, tourism and hospitality, healthcare, construction, agriculture, logistics and shipping, and renewable energy.
The most actionable fact in the whole market: fluent German, Dutch, French and Nordic language speakers command noticeably higher starting salaries and signing bonuses in outsourcing, with relocation packages common. If that is you, the national averages understate your position considerably.
