What this site is

A reference site for people moving to, visiting, living in or investing in Greece. Every figure on it carries a source and the date it was last checked, and pages that depend on a figure we cannot confirm are held back rather than published with a caveat.

That discipline is the whole product, and it produces a specific kind of reader: someone who has done their homework, understands their situation, and has reached a decision they cannot make alone. They are not browsing. They are looking for the person who handles the next step.

Where we would send them

These are not hypothetical. Each row is a page that already ends by telling the reader to find a professional — which is where a partner would receive them.

The points on the site where a reader is told to stop and get help.
What they need Who we would refer to Why they arrive ready
Certified Greek translation and apostilles Sworn and certified translators Every residence route needs documents apostilled and translated. We tell readers this is the step that most often sends an application back, and to start it first.
Electing a special tax regime before the deadline Accountants and tax advisers The 50% exemption, the 7% pension rate and the non-dom lump sum are elective and have filing windows. Missing one costs a full year. We say plainly that this is the point to stop reading and pay someone.
Checking a property before a Golden Visa purchase Property lawyers, engineers and surveyors We tell buyers the notary does not act for them, that floor area kills more applications than price, and that an engineer should check for unauthorised modifications.
Preparing a residence application Immigration lawyers Every route page ends with who it is wrong for, and several routes are marked as needing professional confirmation before anyone relies on them.
Reading a lease that is only in Greek Bilingual agents and lawyers We advise readers who do not read Greek to budget for someone who does, and call it cheap insurance against a bad contract.
Health insurance from a provider authorised in Greece Insurance brokers Authorisation in Greece is an explicit requirement of the Digital Nomad and FIP routes, and a common reason applications come back.
Moving a household, and settling in Movers and relocation agents The first-60-days checklist walks someone through twelve steps in a fixed order. Plenty of people would rather pay someone to run it.
Schooling and workspace International schools and coworking spaces Region profiles cover schools and coworking as part of deciding where to live.

How the money would work

Two arrangements, and which one applies depends on whether your profession is regulated. We are not going to offer you something your own rules forbid you to accept.

Commission, for unregulated services

Translators, movers, relocation agents, coworking spaces, insurance brokers and similar. We are paid an agreed share of work that comes from an introduction we made, or a fixed fee per introduction — whichever suits your business better.

We have not fixed a number, because the right one differs between a certified translation and a full household relocation. Tell us what your economics look like and we will agree terms that work for both of us, in writing, before anything goes live.

Flat listing fee, for regulated professions

Lawyers and accountants. A flat annual fee to appear in the directory — an advertising arrangement, not a share of your fee.

We structure it this way deliberately. Sharing fees with a non-lawyer is restricted or prohibited under professional conduct rules in many jurisdictions, and we are not in a position to interpret Greek bar association rules on your behalf. Confirm the position with your own regulator. If a flat fee is also a problem for you, say so and we will find something that is not.

What we would ask of you

Get in touch

Tell us what you do, where, in which languages, and how you would want the arrangement to work. We will be straight with you about traffic — including when the honest answer is that there is not enough of it yet to be worth your time.

Questions people actually ask

How much traffic does the site have?

Very little, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The site launched in September 2026 on a new domain, which means search engines have barely begun indexing it. Anyone telling you they can send you clients from a site this young is guessing. What we can show you is the structure: specific pages that end by telling a reader to find a professional, and analytics we will share honestly when you ask. If you need volume today, come back in six months.

Why do you not offer a percentage to lawyers and accountants?

Because in many jurisdictions they are not permitted to accept one. Sharing fees with a non-lawyer is restricted or prohibited under professional conduct rules in a great many places, and Greek bar association rules are not something we are going to interpret for you. So for regulated professions we work on a flat listing fee — an advertising arrangement, not a share of your fee — and we would rather you check the position with your own regulator than take our word for it.

Can I pay to appear first?

No. Payment changes whether you appear and how the listing is marked. It never changes the order. This is not a negotiating position — it is the reason the site has any value to send you in the first place. A directory that sells its ranking is worth nothing to the reader and therefore nothing to you.

What do you need from me?

Proof you are who you say you are: your regulator or bar association registration where your profession has one, business registration, the languages you actually work in, and a contact route that gets answered. For regulated professions we will also want written confirmation that the arrangement is permitted under your own professional rules.

What happens if a reader complains about me?

We look into it. A substantiated complaint gets you removed, and paying us does not suspend that process. We will tell you what the complaint was and give you a chance to respond first — but the reader comes before the revenue, because the moment that stops being true the site stops working.

Do you write about partners?

Not in exchange for money. If we write about something you do, it is because it is worth writing about, and the piece will be no softer for your being a partner. Any page carrying a monetised link says so at the top, automatically — the build fails if it does not.

I am not on your list. Should I still write?

Yes, if you serve people moving to, living in or investing in Greece. The list reflects where the site currently sends people, not the limit of what is useful. Notaries, mortgage brokers, vehicle import agents, pet relocation and Greek language schools would all fit the audience.
