What we do not collect

Passport numbers, ID numbers, tax numbers or document scans. We never ask for them and there is nowhere on this site to submit them. Any site that asks you to upload a passport scan to check your eligibility for something should be treated with suspicion.
Your calculator inputs. Every tool here runs in your browser. Salary figures, trip dates and property prices are not transmitted to us and we could not read them if we wanted to.
Tracking cookies. We use cookieless analytics, which is why our consent notice is a single line rather than a wall.

Where calculator state does go

Some tools put your inputs in the page address so you can bookmark or share a calculation — the 90/180 counter and the checklist do this. That is local to your browser and never sent to us, but it does mean a link you share carries those values with it. Each tool says so on its own page.

What we do collect

Aggregate pageviews. Which page was viewed, the hour it happened, the website you arrived from if any, and whether your screen is phone, tablet or desktop sized. No cookie is set, your IP address is not stored, and no visitor identifier is created — so we cannot follow you between pages or between days, and we genuinely do not know how many separate people visit. That is a real limitation of measuring this way, and we accept it.
Nothing at all, if you have opted out. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends either, no request is made. Most analytics ignore these signals; we do not.
Your email address, if you give it to us. Only for the checklist and only with double opt-in: we send one email to confirm before anything else. You can remove yourself at any time and we do not sell or share the list.
What you write to us. Messages sent through the contact form, kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Consent

Non-essential storage is blocked until you consent, and consent is logged with a timestamp. The consent notice never overlays content, and the emergency page suppresses it entirely — a cookie banner must never sit between someone and an emergency number.

Fonts and third parties

Fonts are served from our own domain. We do not load a third-party font service, which would disclose your IP address to it on every page view.

Analytics are first-party too: the measurement runs on this domain and the data stays on this server. No advertising network, no data broker and no analytics company receives anything about your visit.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will act on it. Because we hold so little, most of these requests take minutes.

This page describes the intended production configuration. Before launch it needs the specific processors named, data processing agreements in place with the email and form providers, and a working deletion route tested end to end. That is on the launch checklist.
